Cycling conditions
Although the state encourages cycling, the traffic law stays behind when it comes to cyclists. There is no state wide structured network of cycling paths.
Landscape
The northwest of the state is mountainous with Magazine Mountain (839 m) in the Ozark Mountains being the highest point . In the west, along the border with Oklahoma, are the Ouachita Mountains.
