"Brand USA" from the U.S. Corporation for Travel Promotion will present the U.S. for the first time as a single tourism brand with its own identity. The dollars generated from the ESTA visa finance a large part this new marketing campaign which is will be launched worldwide in the spring of 2012.
Brand USA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote international tourism to the USA. Travel & Tourism in America represents the largest and fastest growing service in 2010 and included as many as 1.8 million jobs. The aim of the new marketing campaign is to let the international traveler (re)discover America as a travel destination.
A member of the Board of Directors of Brand USA described the new campaign as “Brand USA hopes to rekindle the world’s love affair with America the Place, America the Spirit and America the Dream”.
