Recipe: Oatmeal pancakes

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we can't stress it enough. Especially when you cycle / work out. But we can imagine you are getting tired of porridge in the morning. We would love to share our quick and easy recipe: Oatmeal Pancakes!

Total time : 10 - 15 minutes

Ingredients (4 pancakes) :

  • 1 cup of Soy Milk (or other milk)

  • 2 cups of oatmeal

  • 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder

  • Cranberries (or any other topping)

  • Instructions :

    1. In a large bowl combine the oatmeal with the Soy Milk.
    2. Mix these ingredients together until smooth. If the mixture has thickened pour in more Soy Milk.
    3. Add the cocoa powder.
    4. Put the batter into a pan and cook over medium heat. Add some cranberries and flip over the pancakes. Bake until both sides are browned.
    5. As there is no sugar in this recipe we like to drizzle some honey on top, but this is optional.
